Rashuan Roberts, PhD
Rashaun Roberts is a research psychologist with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) which is housed within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). Dr. Roberts directs a research initiative which is focused on identifying workplace factors which place minority population groups at risk for developing problems in physical and mental health. She is also co-director of a project aimed at examining the relationship between workplace experiences and the development depressive symptoms in women. Formally trained as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Roberts’s clinical experiences have included work with racially and ethnic diverse populations across a range of socioeconomic levels. Her consulting experience has focused primarily on diversity, conflict, and communication issues in the workplace.
