Travel back in time to December 7, 1941 and relive the events that surrounded that fateful Day of Infamy. You’ll embark on a moving journey covering the attack on Pearl Harbor through a film, fascinating displays and a short cruise, allowing you to board the USS Arizona Memorial where over 1,000 men of service still lay entombed. Following your visit to where America’s involvement in World War II began, you’ll view the battleship where it ended. Climb aboard the “Mighty Mo” for a peek back into America’s history. The Battleship Missouri is the last battleship built by the U.S. Navy and its most celebrated. It was on the decks of this celebrated warship that the Japanese surrender ceremony took place, signaling the end of their involvement in World War II. Now located on Pearl Harbor’s historic Battleship Row, the Missouri is a living museum that will engage you in the history and excitement of life aboard a battleship. Enjoy a personalized guided tour of two significant warships brought back to life from the history of the United States.

Travel with the island’s premier tour company on an exciting journey of discovery to the famous North Shore of Oahu, where legendary surf mecca attracts the best surfers in the world. Stretching for more than 7 miles, the beaches of the North Shore host the world’s premier surfing competitions including the Super Bowl of wave riding, the Vans Triple Crown of Surfing. Our first stop is at Laniakea (Turtle Beach) to observe rare green sea turtles resting on the golden sand, followed by is the world famous Ehukai (Pipeline) and Sunset Beach where incredible waves thrill viewers, between November and April. Our journey continues on with a visit into the beautiful 1,800-acre Waimea Valley, a sanctuary for rare birds and plants endemic to Hawaii. A trip to this park is a combination of learning about Hawaiian history and culture and appreciation of nature. Guests can enjoy a walk up to Waihi Falls that drops 45 feet (13.7 m). The waterfall is accessible via a short, paved trail (about one ½ mile each way). Here, weather permitting; guests will have the opportunity to swim. As we depart Waimea Valley, our visit of the North shore would not be complete without viewing the iconic Waimea Bay, home of the largest, most dangerous and spectacular surf in the world, where the waves can reach heights of thirty feet in the winter months. Traveling south we arrive at colorful historic village of Haleiwa, home to many surfers, artists and craftspeople in quaint shops and cafes housed in plantation-era buildings. Here, is where the participants will have the opportunity to choose from the many eateries the town offers.

Enjoy an educational and fun guided hike to the 763 foot summit of the most famous crater on Earth. Incredible 360 degree views of Waikiki and the turquoise Pacific Ocean await you. This exciting tour of the world famous Diamond Head Crater begins with a short introductory talk by a trained nature guide. You will learn about the fascinating volcanic creation, Hawaiian history, European discovery, early cattle ranching, and modern day military use of the "Gibraltar of the Pacific" while being escorted on a 45 minute walk that ascends to the 763 foot summit. Along the way we'll stop at several points to rest and photograph the crater. Walking up stairways going into a dark 200 foot tunnel and climbing a spiral staircase imparts a sense of adventure. From the summit you will be thrilled by the incredible 360 degree panoramic views of Waikiki Beach, the emerald green mountains and sparkling aquamarine water of the Pacific Ocean below. You will also learn important facts about Hawaii's native bird and plant species and will be presented with a Certificate of Achievement that states that you successfully made it to the famous summit of Diamond Head Crater.
