Rigor and methods of psychology are applied to issues of critical relevance to business, including talent management, coaching, assessment, selection, training, organizational development, performance, and work-life balance.

Best Poster on Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transgender (LGBT) Issues at the SIOP Conference

Nancy E. Day (University of Missouri-Kansas City) and Patricia Greene (Babson College) are awarded the first annual Best LGBT Paper Award for their poster entitled “Sexual-Orientation Policies, Attitudes, and Firm Size: An Exploratory Study.”
