Accountabilities:
Performance Management
Coordinates the year end P.M. Calibration Sessions with all management.
Develops documentation and job aids on Performance Management ie. the HR SOP; Manager and Associate Guides; Objective Writing aids, etc.
Provide coaching and leadership to the organization on Performance Management
Monitors statistics and trends in performance ratings against various criteria and reports on analysis.
Workforce Planning
Provide monthly reports, and other information as appropriate to ensure that management have access to all appropriate information regarding resourcing and workforce planning; develop strategies to close any key areas
Participate in the talent matching and rotation process to ensure key gaps are filled.
Employee Engagement & Employee Value Proposition
Administer the annual employee engagement survey.
Work with survey provider and HR Business Partners and line functions to provide practical guidance and support on the interpretation and best use of employee engagement survey data.
Use insights from survey and focus groups to develop and design the employee value proposition.

Lead and/or supporting various policies, practices, and initiatives that are designed to ensure that Toyota’s work environment is supportive for all employees, including the Canadian legislated designated groups (women, visible monitories, Aboriginal people, persons with disabilities).
Key activities include reporting, training and communication, process-improvement, and community outreach; support and delivery of corporate diversity programs across the organization.
