We seek candidates who combine a strong quantitative focus with research in one or more areas, including: occupational health, selection and personnel decision making, or team dynamics among other topics.
Applicants whose research demonstrates a strong potential for external funding and interdisciplinary connections within the Department and across the University are particularly appealing.
Successful candidates will be expected to establish a vigorous research program, teach effectively at the undergraduate and graduate levels, continue development of scholarly activities and professional capabilities, and participate in department, college, and university governance.
