Marriott International Headquarters, located at 10400 Fernwood Road, Bethesda MD 20917 is currently hiring for a MANAGER, TALENT MANAGEMENT ANALYTICS & SOLUTIONS
This position reports to the Director - Talent Management Analytics & Solutions (TMAS) with responsibility for HR Analytics. The qualified applicant will: support the management of large-scale data sets and databases, conduct descriptive and inferential analysis, apply the methods and principles of multivariate statistics, and prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings to non-technical audiences. The scope of this work crosses Marriott brands and Continent organizations and will manage significant projects for Marriott’s TMAS team, with a specific emphasis on selection related work.
¦ Manage large-scale datasets for system integration and statistical analysis using a variety of spreadsheet or database software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, SQL, R).
¦ Perform advanced descriptive and inferential analyses of applicant flow, promotion/retention, and workforce development. Provide substantive interpretation of research results.
¦ Apply methods of multivariate statistics (e.g., ANOVA, multiple regression, structural equation modeling, trend analyses) to address business questions.
¦ Contribute to the development of content for Marriott’s workforce analytic and reporting systems.
¦ Develop and validate workforce intelligence metrics (e.g., turnover percentages, promotion rates, and human performance and productivity measures).
¦ Develop streamlined methods of tracking compliance- Talent Acquisition; Training; Compensation.
¦ Assist in utility and business impact analyses for selection systems and other HR-sponsored programs.
¦ Design and conduct studies to measure the impact of employee training and development programs.
¦ Identify ways to improve work process and output.
¦ Manage relationships with internal partners and external vendors to ensure compliance with program/project requirements as outlined in project plans, contracts, and timelines.
¦ Work closely with external vendors and internal clients to develop and implement human capital analytic and program evaluation tools that protect and enhance Marriott’s brand equity and enable the achievement of the company’s key success factors.
¦ Provide thought leadership, communication development, and training design in support of the change management efforts associated with the rollout of Marriott’s Human Capital Analytic Tools.
