The University of Calgary, Department of Psychology, is pleased to announce that as part of the Eyes High vision, it is seeking applicants for a tenure track Assistant Professor position in the area of: Industrial & Organizational Psychology to start July 1st, 2013. Applicants will promote the University’s Academic Plan and its strategic goals through: 1) research and scholarship by developing a strong research program, 2) enriching the learning environment by teaching and mentoring both undergraduate and graduate students, and 3) integrating with the community by engaging in interdisciplinary research and program outreach initiatives.

Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology by July 1, 2013. Specialty within I/O Psychology is open; applicants in all areas of expertise are strongly encouraged to apply. The University of Calgary I/O Psychology program is well established and widely regarded as one of the top in Canada. We offer both MSc. and Ph.D. degrees in I/O Psychology. The majority of our recent Ph.D.’s have gone on to careers in academe reflecting the strong research focus of our program.
