Position Title: Senior Analyst People Analytics

Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst of People Analytics reports to the Manager of People Analytics and is responsible for executing JetBlue’s Crewmember survey program. The Senior Analyst supports in collecting, developing, analyzing and reporting HR analytic and engagement measures to aid leaders in maximizing all aspects of talent that lead to bottom-line results while creating a holistic view of the “Voice of the Crewmember.”
The Senior Analyst People Analytics is a member of the Talent team that is dedicated to an integrated talent approach to “Hire, Inspire, Grow and Measure” our Crewmembers. The Senior Analyst enjoys interacting daily with individuals at different levels within the organization, including developing and maintaining ongoing relationships. This individual has great attention to detail, is passionate about data and analytics and has experience with research methodology. Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with Manager and/or other analysts on research, development and implementation of programs relating to Crewmember engagement and other projects as needed (25%)
- Execute the activities of Crewmember analytics ensuring the successful implementation of the “Voice of the Crewmember Program” (20%)
- Manage and administer surveys for People team such as anniversary, on-boarding, and exit interviews and work with team to compile People data into regular monthly and quarterly reports for internal review (15%)
- Provide analytical insight, including data analysis, reporting and forecasting of Crewmember survey results, performance data and other relevant information to actionable insights and key drivers of Crewmember engagement (15%)
- Create business cases/financial analysis for critical business decisions (5%)
- Participate in development and enhancement of People Analytic related technology to ensure a seamless customer experience (10%)
- Utilize SAP/SPSS for data retrieval and reports on an as needed basis for topics such as retention, headcount, performance management, and/or individual departments within the company (10%)
- Other duties as assigned
