Organization Effectiveness - Senior Specialist

Duties:
Partners with and/or advises executives and mid-level managers (clients) on how they can improve the effectiveness and performance of their organizations and leaders. Provides in-the-field services (often face-to-face) in multiple areas including strategy development and implementation, change management across its life cycle (large and small scale), organization design, conflict resolution/management/prevention, group dynamics and related processes, roles and responsibilities clarification, succession planning, leadership development coaching, on/off-boarding related to transition for promotions and transfers, and employee engagement surveys.
Aligns business processes, people, tools, and systems to meet client's goals by exploring, diagnosing, and creating solutions that factor in complex environments, cultural barriers and supports, and whole system (system thinking) considerations. Implements and adapts client solutions to a wide range of complex, novel and sensitive organizational, group, and interpersonal challenges. Develops, collects data, and tracks metrics and/or key outcomes of one's work. Builds and maintains trust relationships with clients, peers, and department Director. Stays abreast of the state-of-the-art in the field. Invests time in own development and skill building. Coordinates activities with peers, department Director, and consultants to manage the intersections of the various activities among peers and client organizations. Some travel to regional offices required as needed.
