Human Resource Organization Design. Human Resource Change Management. Human Resource Employee Transitions and Employee Redeployment. Verity Recruiting is working with a leading health care system in Dallas who is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Business Partner or Consultant to take a leading role in developing, executing, and managing their efforts around Organization Design, Employee Transitions, Change Management, etc. This role will be concentrate on improving the organization’s structure, processes, and change management efforts! They will work with HR and other leaders across the system to identify to what extent organizational change is required, what that should look like, and work to coordinate and align those change efforts across the system. In addition, this role will determine the tools and methodologies that will support change management efforts. The will help support and implement these changes including communication around transition and redeployment of employees. Candidates must have four plus years of organizational design and change management experience. Healthcare industry experience is a plus but it is not required. A Bachelor’s Degree is required while a Master’s or Doctoral Degree is preferred (Industrial/Organization Psychology, Organizational Development/Design, Leadership Studies, etc.)
