The Clemson University Department of Psychology is a research-oriented department (see http://www.clemson.edu/psych/) with 25 full-time faculty, nearly 700 undergraduate majors, and Ph.D. programs in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Human Factors Psychology, with an available optional concentration in Occupational Health Psychology. We seek applicants for a full-time, nine month, non-tenure track position of LECTURER, which has the potential for yearly renewal. The primary responsibility of this position is to teach undergraduate courses for our Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree programs in Psychology. These courses may include, but are not limited to, Introduction to Psychology, Research Methods, and a senior capstone course. The lecturer may also have opportunities to advise/mentor psychology majors, to lead teams of undergraduate students in the conduct of research projects developed by the lecturer, and to utilize our department's student participant pool for research purposes.

The applicant will need to have completed a Ph.D. in Psychology by the time of appointment. A record of successful teaching experience in higher education is preferred.
