About the Job

The Graduate Programs in Human Resource Development (HRD) and the Department of Psychology at Villanova University invite applications for the position of HRD GRADUATE PROGRAM DIRECTOR, a TENURE TRACK position at the ASSOCIATE or ADVANCED ASSISTANT PROFESSOR level, starting late August 2013. Job Requirements

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related discipline, a strong record of scholarly publication and ongoing research, and a commitment to teaching in the on-campus and/or online HRD graduate (MS) programs. Business experience in the HR field and administrative experience are desirable.
