About the Job

Succession Planning & Branding

ILI’s Succession team proactively mitigates the risk of planned and unplanned leadership attrition and also leads the Institute’s external marketing and sales strategy.  The leader is responsible for initiating and enhancing board-level relationships both within the Infosys board, subsidiary boards, and external client boards.  The position will lead the definition and continuous improvement a set of solutions (e.g. interventions or methods for development) in the leader’s area of research interest. 

Job Requirements

ILI has openings for senior leaders to run our three major functions.  Each position leads a team of professionals focused on leader and leadership development science and practice.  All three functions collaborate on both research and solutions with global academic partnerships that include Professor Robert Cialdini (Arizona State University); David Day (U of Western Australia); Amitava Chattopadhyay (INSEAD); and Morgan McCall (USC).  All three leaders will be responsible for mentoring, teaching and coaching other colleagues in the Institute, most of whom are based in Mysore, India.  Positions can be based in the candidate’s home country, with occasional global travel, including but not limited to India (10%-20%).

ILI has open full-time positions at all levels – from entry to the senior-most positions, in the experience range of 0 to 17yrs



Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource requirements, Statistics, Psychometrics, Quantitative Psychology, Organizational Behavior or related field; along with peer-reviewed publications in relevant domains is significantly more important than degree or time-based job requirements


Work location

Middle & Junior Level positions would be based out of Mysore, Karnataka, India only

Senior Level positions could be based out of US/UK which could be discussed
