Responsibilities
Position will lead the Enterprise Operations (EO) Talent & Organizational Capability (T&OC) Organization. The role serves as the lead integrator for the EO HR, functional organizations and T&OC by ensuring the activities and solutions align to the HR Strategy.
This position leads performance consultants for the T&OC team who partner with clients in a responsive, timely, and focused manner to identify needs and assemble resources to provide solutions. These solutions range from leading the talent management strategy and execution within EO by developing a clear and focused talent identification, assessment, and development process with a keen emphasis on coordination of EO functions and the Business Areas.
This person will:
· Design, develop and execute the capability development of the functional workforce from leadership to individual contributors through competency development and assessment, career pathing, and other talent development programs and services including mentoring, Full Spectrum Leadership, coaching, high-potential talent development, etc.
· Lead a team of individuals to diagnose capability, skill and performance gaps and opportunities, and collaborating with clients, HRBPs, Corporate T&OC and Business Area team members to develop a plans to improve organizational and individual performance by leveraging a disciplined approach to assessing individual and organizational effectiveness.
· Fostering horizontal integration between EO, the T&OC COEs and the BAs is critical.
· Develop organizational talent by enhancing the capability of current team members, maximizing opportunities for new talent, continuous improvement of team processes and practices, and improving the results they provide to the organization.
