The Department of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences at Louisiana Tech University anticipates an opening for a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level for Fall 2013.

The successful candidate will primarily be involved in our graduate (Ph.D. and M.A.) programs in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, will have a proven track record in the areas of research and leadership, teach courses at the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels, supervise master’s and doctoral students, and actively participate in professional and university service.

While a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology is desired, applicants who are ABD (with significant progress toward defense) are encouraged to apply. Salary is commensurate with experience and is competitive for the position.
