KPMG LLP operates with help from our Service Support professionals. Together, our talented people develop and help manage our brand, control our finances, run our IT Services, and take care of many thousands of tasks involved in making sure our firm runs smoothly. Our Human Resources team is responsible for managing the initiatives and programs that drive and support KPMG's Employer of Choice/Partnership of Choice strategy. They provide benefits and services for partners and employees, and manage, analyze, and report on personnel requirements, including recruitment, retention, and alumni relationships, and help ensure compliance with all federal and state labor laws. We are currently seeking a Manager, Organizational Effectiveness to join us in our Montvale, NJ office.

Responsibilities:

- Design and execute initiatives to support improvements to the firm’s work environment and performance management
- Create tools that support firm leaders in the implementation of developed initiatives
- Apply deep knowledge in areas such as surveys, performance management, competency modeling, career planning, mentoring, teambuilding, and coaching
- Review and analyze survey results and provide direction to firm leadership on strategies to respond to results
- Develop and deliver presentations, communications, and training materials
- Participate in leading vendor research to enhance selection and talent management tools

Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years organizational effectiveness or related human resources experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree from and accredited college or university is preferred
- Experience within the context of Employer of Choice strategy preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
