Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting the design, development, and delivery of courses using asynchronous Distance Learning methodologies and applications (e.g. Saba’s Centra Symposium and Blackboard).
-3+ years of experience preparing and integrating course material into Distance Learning applications.
-3+ years of experience developing and providing metrics information associated with student utilization of Distance Learning applications (i.e. Blackboard).
-3+ years of experience providing technical assistance to students, instructors, and course administrators in the use of the available Distance Learning applications.
-2+ years of experience with web based course development and delivery tools.
-2+ years of experience with current virtual learning methodologies and tools.
-2+ years of experience with implementation of SCORM.
-2+ years of experience with latest course content development tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Dreamweaver, FLASH.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Information Systems Management, or Instructional Systems Design and five (5) years of experience. In lieu of a Bachelors Degree an additional four 4 years for a total of 9 years of experience.
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
