Qualifications:
-Requires post-graduate certification (e.g. PhD preferred),
preferably in Industrial and Organizational Psychology,
Organizational Behavior, Sociology or Policy.
-Three or more years of survey research experience, preferably in
consulting with demonstrated experience in multiple regression,
factor analysis, path analysis and structural equation
modeling.
-Experience analyzing and interpreting large-scale survey data.
-Business acumen and experience with business analytics (linking
organizational databases, financial systems, HR
metrics)"-Experience with workforce analytics/metrics, researching
ROI for common HR programs, scorecards/dashboards
-Experience programming statistics packages such as SPSS/AMOS or
SAS (experience with HLM also desirable).
-Knowledge of organization and industrial psychology.
-Strong research, analysis and project management skills; excellent
communication ability (both written and verbal); interpersonal and
presentation styles that inspire trust and client intimacy.
