The qualified candidate will possess a PhD in IO or Clinical Psychology with a minimum of 10 years field experience and demonstrated proficiency in the core competencies listed below. The successful candidate’s experience will include designing and leading change interventions for individuals as well as for corporate and private enterprises. The candidate will possess a genuine mastery in building trust and persuading individuals, teams, and executives to engage in new ways and reach higher levels of performance excellence. A natural networker who builds positive relationships and demonstrates political awareness and a deep understanding of how to apply behavioral science to achieve business results is required.
