PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Optimization Consultant
provides technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders
and executes research-based consulting projects relating to the
development, implementation, and evaluation of pre-employment
screening and selection programs. The Optimization
Consultant reports to the Director of Optimization
Services.
PRINCIPAL
ACCOUNTABILITIES
§ Planning, executing, and documenting research projects related
to clients' use of and the business impact of SHL
solutions.
§ Serving as an expert resource to clients or internal
stakeholders about issues related to the evaluation, validation and
optimization of SHL assessment solutions.
§ Serving as a primary resource on issues related to data, data
analysis, job-performance measurement and individual level business
metrics.
§ Presenting the results of research and optimization studies to
clients and other stakeholders.
§ Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the field (including
empirical research, industry trends, and competitors), as well as
contributing to the development of the field through publications
or presentations at professional conferences.
§ Contributing to the ongoing definition and development of
Professional Services' offerings and methodologies, as well as to
the broader product development efforts of the organization (e.g.,
assessments, automated tools, etc.)
