The Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) is seeking seasoned
Leadership Development Coaches. The Leadership Coaches will provide
coaching services to a selected pool of executives, upper managers
and younger high potential leaders. They will also assist with the
design and administration of competency based leadership assessment
surveys and will participate in succession planning discussions.
The Leadership Coaches will be part of a small cohesive and diverse
team of seasoned HRD and Training professionals. The positions are
located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia with frequent travel to other
cities in the Kingdom. To qualify you must have at least 15 years
of upper management HR/HRD/Coaching experience or C-Level executive
experience with extensive leadership coaching experience.
NOTES: In addition to the salary, SEC
provides housing allowance (25% of salary) and a car allowance for
its coaches. Leadership Coaches are hired on one year renewable
contracts, and are treated like long-term employment positions with
SEC. Monetary compensation is paid in Saudi Riyals. Once you have
been overseas for 12 months, USA nationals qualify for foreign tax
exemption up to USD95,100 per year (retroactive to your start date)
from your US taxes, and there is no income tax in Saudi Arabia.
Further, since SEC is a foreign company in a foreign land, no US
employee payroll taxes are deducted from your contractor pay.
Leadership Coaches receive 36 days of vacation per year. There are
also two-week long company holidays that correspond to the
religious holidays in Saudi Arabia. Coaches are also allowed to
take up to four weeks leave without pay between their annual
contracts (allowing roughly 12 weeks every 13 months to return to
the USA). Once a year an airline ticket from and to your home city
or cash equivalent is provided for you and your family members.
Each Leadership Coach and his family are covered by medical
insurance.
