Consulting Associates focus on project delivery of DDI's core technologies and exceeding client expectations.  Consulting Associates are team members representing DDI's solution focused approach and are responsible for providing support in the design, development, and delivery of business solutions, configured to meet unique client needs.  They provide project management support for large-scale projects, and project management leadership for smaller projects.

As a part of a team, Consulting Associates will have opportunities to assist in controlling project costs and profitability, provide support in sales situations and spend up to 50% of time in highly visible client project delivery actions.

Travel target is less than 25%.

We are looking for talent that has a high degree of customer focus and initiative, planning and organizing skills and decision making.  Experience in applying any one or a combination of I/O methodologies in a business environment is preferred.

Ideal candidates will have a Master's Degree in I/O psychology or alternate advanced degree with additional experience and strong interpersonal skills.  We seek those who are committed to their field, and bring a desire to reach even higher.
