Consultants focus on producing measurable and sustainable results for each client. Consultants represent DDI’s solution focused approach and are responsible for the design, development, and delivery of business solutions, configured to meet unique client needs. They provide high level consulting support to clients in evaluating and implementing DDI solutions.

As a part of a team, Consultants will often have opportunities to integrate DDI’s core technologies. Consultants are often a part of a team involved in multiple client projects simultaneously, and have the ability to develop long term business partnerships with our loyal, top tier, global clients. As a partner to our sales force, Consultants support business development and provide expertise in sales situations.

Travel target is 40%.

We are looking for talent that has a high degree of initiative and adaptability, superior customer orientation, and ability to develop positive working relationships. Experience in applying any one or a combination of I/O methodologies in a business environment is preferred.

Ideal candidates will have a Ph.D. in I/O psychology or alternate advanced degree with additional experience and strong interpersonal skills and business acumen, combined with the drive to impact our clients business as we help them achieve their goals.
