Infor PeopleAnswers offers a competitive salary with an aggressive bonus plan commensurate with experience. This is a remote position, with approximately 15-25% travel required.

About the Job

PeopleAnswers, a leader in web-based behavioral assessment and workforce technologies, is seeking a Senior Behavioral Scientist to support the needs of our growing client community. This role will challenge your analytical, communication, and problem solving abilities in a wide variety of industries and engagements. The Senior Behavioral Scientist role directly impacts our client satisfaction and company growth. This position will work in collaboration with PeopleAnswers’ Customer Relationship and Sales teams to implement successful selection and development systems to a specified client list. The right candidate will be proficient in analyzing and communicating complex performance data and behavioral assessment information to both sophisticated and non-technical audiences.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Develops assessment strategy for Fortune 500 clients.
  • Provides expertise to assist clients in achieving a strong return on investment.
  • Consults with stakeholders on a wide variety of performance and assessment data.
  • Designs and oversees validation projects throughout the client life-cycle.
  • Guides internal and external teams through all technical aspects of behavioral science.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to manage client engagements and deliverables.
  • Implements sound and practical client-centric solutions.
  • Develops and interprets technical reports as required to support client needs.

Job Requirements

6 years of post-doctoral work experience in the field of industrial and organizational psychology, including:

·         Providing consultation to and advising executive stakeholders.

·         Utilizing statistical methods and analyzing field data.

·         Experience with assessment design and deployment.

·         Utilizing advanced analytical skills to solve client and internal problems.

·         Adapting quickly to changing requirements, deadlines, priorities, and technologies.

·         Communicating technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.

·         Creating and maintaining technical and business documentation.

·         Strong proficiency in project management and organizational skills.

·         Conducting and executing multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Track record of successful problem-solving in Fortune 500 environments.

·         Proven history of producing high quality project outputs.

 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Tools:

·         Ability to effectively present to large groups of high level stakeholders.

·         Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools (e.g. SPSS, SAS)

·         Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and the creation of presentations.

·         Strong ability to understand/incorporate the big picture into the details of an analysis.

·         Strong knowledge of Human Resource and employee selection methodologies.

·         Statistical techniques including, but not limited to, ANOVA, Regression, Chi-Square.
