About the Job
Work directly with business leaders across the
company world-wide to increase organizational effectiveness. OD
initiatives include creating and implementing business strategy,
business process improvement, organization analysis and design,
business problem solving, and team chartering and alignment.
Providing managers with a broad portfolio of change management
services, overseeing the employee engagement global survey, and
helping to increase the overall engagement of employees is part of
You will work on complex problems where understanding of business
functions is required. You must exercise independent judgment in
applying organizational development tools. Members of the OD team
work individually on engagements as well as in teams with HR
Business Partners and other centers of excellence.
Major Responsibilities include:
1.Collect, analyze and present data to describe business
performance and identify areas for change.
2. Assist senior management with the development and execution of a
business strategy and any related changes.
3. Diagnose/analyze organizational issues; develop and implement
change interventions that will improve organizational
4. Partner with line managers, HR business partners and centers of
excellence to design and facilitate complex organization
development initiatives with measurable outcomes in areas such as
business process improvement, inter-organizational alignment,
employee engagement, etc.
Desired Skills include:
•Knowledge and demonstrated application of organization
effectiveness principles, management and leadership development
principles, organizational change management, organization analysis
and design, team effectiveness, assessment methodologies and tools,
consulting skills, and HR analytics.
•Proven track record of helping to drive cultural change in an
•Solid proficiency in organization assessment and design
•Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment
•Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
with significant experience presenting to audiences of all levels
•Demonstrate executive presence/maturity and flexibility in
relationships with senior organizational levels.
•Demonstrate positive, can-do attitude, energetic, enthusiastic and
BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Organizational Design,
Human Resources or related discipline; advanced related degree is
Minimum 10 years of related work experience. Or 8 years of related
work experience with an MBA or related advanced degree.
