HR Talent Solutions, Diversity & Inclusion is
comprised company-wide programs including of Talent Acquisition,
Diversity & Inclusion, Talent & Succession Planning,
Performance Management, Corporate Testing, and Talent Solutions
Design & Validation.
This position will lead the Design and Validation
team. The work is both creative/innovative (designing new
programs/products for Talent Solutions or HR) and compliance driven
(ensuring tests/assessments are maintained).
Leads the design/re-design of diverse Talent
Solutions programs including but not limited to: 1) selection test
design, maintenance, and validation and 2) new or existing Talent
Solutions technology, processes, policies, tools, and
metrics/dashboards. Utilizes latest technology and best practices
data/benchmarking to create high quality solutions. Integrates
stakeholders into various points of the design and implementation
process to ensure alignment and acceptance with corporate culture
and to ensure both the short and long term success of the program
- Develops and manages detailed project plans,
budgets, goals/outcomes for selection/assessment tests and
validation projects as well as projects to create new
programs/tools or redesign existing ones within any of the Talent
- Pilots, implements, monitors, and refines
solutions to ensure long-term viability and success .
- Manages multiple project teams with
cross-functional representation based on the nature/purpose of the
project; monitors progress and ensures quality and timely delivery
of project outcomes.
- Executes communication and change management

consultants, including tracking and monitoring costs and
