As part of Hogan’s Independent Consultants team, the Consultant is directly responsible for representing the exceptional level of client interaction that has become synonymous with the Hogan name. As a supporting member of the Independent Consultants Business Unit, the Consultant is responsible for working with, supporting, and learning activities and deliverables associated with Hogan’s network of independent consultants.

About the Job

  • Develop a complete understanding of all Hogan solutions and the underlying scientific foundations to which the tools are derived to effectively communicate applicable solutions to independent consulting clients
  • Support in the development of best practice workflows, on boarding manuals, assemble client support materials, and other client facing communications and sales/support documents
  • Input and  maintain client/lead records in Hogan’s CRM systems
  • Collaborate with other Hogan teammates to manage grow revenue, manage projects, and respond to the needs of Hogan’s independent consultant clients
  • Develop and maintain prosperous business to business relationships with assigned accounts in accordance with Hogan standards to extend the business life cycle, effectively grow business, and solidify perceived client value

Job Requirements

  • Team focused, with the ability to support other Hogan Team Members 
  • Willingness to learn, understand, and communicate the complete suite of Hogan Assessment solutions while adhering to the Hogan standard
  • Adept in presenting a solutions/consultative based selling technique to effectively meet the needs of new business development opportunities and Hogan’s incumbent customers
  • Excellent phone presence and spoken/written communication skills with experience in business to business consultative selling techniques and direct prospecting
  • Ability to remain calm, collected, and solution oriented in times of heavy workloads with high service level expectations from customers in need
  • Have a fundamental understanding of business technology and possess the desire to learn and support customers
  • Possess an entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to easily adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
  • Knowledge or understanding of social media platforms and how they can be deployed in different scenarios is a plus
