About the Job

The Graduate Programs in Human Resource Development (HRD) and the Department of Psychology invite applications for the position of HRD Graduate Program Director,
preferably at the rank of Professor, starting in August of 2014.  This is a senior leadership position, responsible for guiding the operation and strategic development of highly-regarded on-campus and on-line M.S. programs in HRD. 

Job Requirements

Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related discipline and a strong record of teaching and scholarly publication.  Experience in the HR field and academic administrative experience are desirable. The position includes summer compensation.
