About the Job

Infor PeopleAnswers, a leader in web-based behavioral assessment and workforce technologies, is seeking a Behavioral Analyst to support the needs of our growing client community. As an individual contributor, this role will challenge your analytical and problem solving abilities in a wide variety of industries and engagements. The Behavioral Analyst role directly impacts our client satisfaction and company growth through collaboration with Infor PeopleAnswers Customer Relationship, Sales and Product Development teams to implement successful   selection and development software programs. The right candidate will be comfortable analyzing and communicating complex performance data and behavioral assessment information to both sophisticated and non-technical audiences.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze a wide variety of human capital metrics and behavioral assessment data.
  • Develop and implement sound but practical client-centric solutions.
  • Develop and interpret technical reports as required to support client needs.
  • Provide support and interpretation on all technical aspects of behavioral science.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage client engagements and deliverables.

Job Requirements

  • Masters Degree in I/O Psychology or related field required, Ph.D. a plus.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of applied measurement/statistical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial and organizational psychology, assessment, and employee selection methodologies
  • Proven experience utilizing statistical methods and data analysis of field data.
  • Experience preparing large datasets for analysis.
  • Strong ability to understand/incorporate the big picture into the details of an analysis.
  • Ability to extrapolate seemingly hidden and valuable information from raw data.
  • Strong technical writing experience and ability to deliver high quality technical reports in a timely manner.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to effectively conduct and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Track record of successful problem-solving.
  • Can demonstrate the ability to work and make decisions independently
  • Must have a self-reliant spirit and enjoy a fun and challenging environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Extensive experience with statistical analysis software.
