Organizational Management and Development Manager

About the Organization

The OMD Manager will develop, coordinate and execute initiatives aligned with the overall business, HR and talent development strategy. The manager will be involved in a range of projects in areas including: leadership and functional learning and development, functional competency modeling and career frameworks, organization development and team interventions, culture change, survey design and analysis, performance management, individual feedback deliver (e.g., 360, Hogan, MPQI). Key customers include senior line leaders in BIS, Ops and GP, the Global Groups HR and OD leadership teams, and PepsiCo associates globally in the relevant functions (field and HQ).
 

About the Job

Key responsibilities include:


  • Develops and implements programs/initiatives to drive key strategic organizational initiatives (i.e. Engagement, Leadership development, Career frameworks, BIS college, Ops critical experiences, etc.).

  • Supports core processes design and execution with clients (Org Health Survey, Org Engagement survey, 360/Hogan, MPQI, PMP, etc.). Support HR Generalists and leaders through data interpretation and delivery excellence.

  • Utilizes organization development theory and interventions to solve workplace issues and improve team performance (conducting team building sessions, group facilitation skills, organizational design, culture change, instructional design, etc.).

  • Designs, develops and conducts skill-building activities, including training programs, career frameworks, which target individual development.

  • Provides facilitation and training on various HR and OD related initiatives (i.e. Diversity & Inclusion, Change Management, First Time Manager, Drive the Discussion, Inspiring Trust, Hipo program, etc.).

  • Creates and manages project plans, communication, and sustainability processes to support OMD initiatives.

 

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of OD/TM/L&D/HR experience

  • Graduate degree in industrial-organizational psychology, organization development, HR, or MBA with relevant business and HR functional experience

  • Strong knowledge of Talent Management, OD and I-O related practices

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in organization design and business transformation.

  • Experience in change management for large programs and working with change management methodologies and tools.

  • Proven project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • Ability to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business and people goals

  • Strong consultative and diagnostic skills

  • Experience, presence, and flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization from front line leaders to senior executives

  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 5% of the time
