About the Job

The Research Consultant will be responsible for managing design and execution of selection and development projects for global clients, conducting occupational analyses, working with international partners to adapt products and maintain established adaptations, preparing and presenting research results to technical and non-technical audiences, publishing research in appropriate outlets, assisting with new product development, and delivering  technical reports, white papers, and other professional documents.  This position is in Tulsa, OK.

Job Requirements

Ideal applicants will:

  • Currently possess a Masters Degree or Ph.D. in I/O Psychology or related field,
  • Have 1-3 years of experience with assessment and selection research,
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of research methodologies,
  • Possess expertise with SPSS and other statistical software packages,
  • Have experience designing assessment-driven selection and development programs,
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail,
  • Have an interest in and/or experience working with international clients and partners
  • Have experience designing and conducting research around client-specific needs (Validity Generalization, Criterion Validation, ROI, etc.)
