Tim Jackson, PhD

Tim Jackson is the CEO of Jackson Leadership. His core area of expertise is designing and delivering leadership development programs, involving customized assessment and coaching services.  Tim has delivered numerous developmental assessment centres, involving a variety of methods such as 360 surveys, simulations, and interviews. As a coach, he has worked with dozens of managers and executives in the past six years. In addition, Tim also sources, hires, manages and supervises other professional coaches in delivering leadership development programs.  He and his team have executed programs for clients across the globe, in North America, Europe and China.

Tim has written several articles for media outlets like Forbes.com, The Globe and Mail, and HR Professional magazine, all on the subject of leadership development. His research on leadership and employee commitment in organizations appears in several peer-reviewed journals. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Western Ontario.
