Vicki V. Vandaveer, PhD

A business consulting and coaching psychologist, Vicki Vandaveer helps leaders and their organizations, teams, and “high potential” individuals excel in today’s fast-paced, increasingly complex and uncertain world. 

Her 35 years of experience include 12 inside two Fortune 50 global corporations and the past 23 in national and international consulting –variety of industries, different cultures, in 22 countries on five continents. Clients include large and mid-size companies in oil and gas, energy services, engineering and construction; consumer products; academic medical centers, and professional services firms. Her primary areas of expertise include advisor to management – business/group/individual performance and behavior; executive development coaching; organizational assessment & consultation and individual assessment.  In 2014 she initiated an APA Divisions 13 and 14 collaborative research study of foundational coaching psychology competencies: Vandaveer, Lowman, Pearlman and Brannick (2016). Vandaveer holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is a Fellow in the American Psychological Association and a Fellow of Divisions 13 and 14. She served as President, Society of Consulting Psychology from 2014-15 and currently serves as Honorary Vice President for the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
