Did your browser sit for an extended period with no activity? The SIOP Website is programmed to expire after prolonged periods of inactivity.

Are you using AOL's built-in browser? AOL users may need to open a separate web browser to access this part of SIOP's Website. Using AOL directly means you are accessing pages through their proxy servers, and our session cookies won't work through their proxy servers. They will work with a separate web browsing session, though.

Did you select a link, stop, then try to reload the page? This may have lost session cookie values, of which are required to view or continue on the next page.  Instead of using the browser's back and forward buttons, use the provided continue and back buttons provided within the program.

Did you try accessing an authorized page?  Authorized pages can not be bookmarked.  A previous login is required or prevoius button options must be clicked to have access to a page.  Please call our Administrative Office if you feel you have authorization to view a specific page.
