What is I-O?

Industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology is the scientific study of the workplace. Rigor and methods of psychology are applied to issues of critical relevance to business, including talent management, coaching, assessment, selection, training, organizational development, performance, and work-life balance.

This site is for the participants of the Placement Center at the SIOP Conference.  If you have already registered for the Placement Center proceed below.  To register for read only access to the Placement Center click here.

You must have your username and password which you created during registration to view Resume Search. Employers are only allowed to view Resume Search.

Employers are limited to posting 4 separate position descriptions. If you wish to post more, you have to sign-up for the Placement Center again under a different name.
