What is I-O?

Industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology is the scientific study of the workplace. Rigor and methods of psychology are applied to issues of critical relevance to business, including talent management, coaching, assessment, selection, training, organizational development, performance, and work-life balance.

ERASMUS MUNDUS Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) II Winter School  

The winter school is open to 12 postgraduate students interested in this area of expertise who are not registered in the Master. It will be held in Barcelona, Spain, from February 22 to March 7, 2009. The deadline for applications is September 20.
