SIOP Member Participation Requested

Our research team is currently conducting a study to evaluate the attitudes and beliefs of psychologists regarding the competency benchmarks in place for evaluating graduate students. Anyone with experience in supervising the clinical and/or academic training of psychology graduate students may participate in this research. To this end, we are requesting your participation in taking a 30-minute online survey about the your thoughts on the relevancy of the foundational competency and assessment criteria provided by the American Psychological Association’s Assessment of Competency Benchmarks Work Group formulated in June of 2007. Your input regarding the degree to which you believe that specific behavioral anchors are important to students’ professional readiness for internship is necessary to help us better understand critical factors influencing standards of training.
We encourage you to participate in our research. Please click on the following link to participate in this internet survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/V8RH2YX
Please feel free to forward this information onto others who might be interested in this study and are involved with the training of graduate students in psychology.
Additionally, please contact Dr. Margaret Smith-Zoeller if you have any questions regarding this research.
After completing the survey, you will be eligible to enter your name to win a $100 gift certificate
