What is I-O?

Industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology is the scientific study of the workplace. Rigor and methods of psychology are applied to issues of critical relevance to business, including talent management, coaching, assessment, selection, training, organizational development, performance, and work-life balance.

Seeking Unpublished Studies

My colleagues and I are looking at the nomological network of TMX and we are seeking unpublished studies that examine the relation of TMX to many OB/HR variables. If you have a study that you would be willing to include in this meta-analysis please contact George Banks at banksgc@vcu.edu.
