32nd Annual IOOB Conference
Submissions Due February 1, 2011
In the current economy, with unrelenting pressure on virtually all organizations, it’s common for those organizations to miss the changes they need to make now to be effective in the future. So say the organizers of the 32nd Annual IOOB Conference. Most particularly, these organizations are not using their human capital to compete as effectively as they might.
This year’s IOOB conference theme is “Creating Impact: Maximizing the Influence of I-O Psychology and Organizational Behavior,” a theme that is meant to help participants understand how to increase the impact of their knowledge, their abilities, and of the I-O/OB profession itself.
This year's IOOB conference will take place Friday, March 4, 2011 to Sunday, March 6, 2011 at Alliant International University in the Scripps Ranch area of San Diego. Registration is now open here.
