EAWOP Small Group Meeting

Age Cohorts at Work: Understanding and Building Strength through Differences

Location: University of Trento (Rovereto), Italy.
Dates: November 11-13, 2011
Deadline for abstracts: March 31, 2011
Demographic shifts in the workforce and the changing nature of work are likely to heighten the salience of age differences in the workplace. Given these changes, it is important to obtain a greater understanding, both theoretically and practically, of the role of age in the workplace and the research that is taking place around the world.
