What is I-O?

Industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology is the scientific study of the workplace. Rigor and methods of psychology are applied to issues of critical relevance to business, including talent management, coaching, assessment, selection, training, organizational development, performance, and work-life balance.

Rates and Registration Information

The SIOP Research Access (SRA) schedule coincides with the SIOP dues schedule, which runs May 1 through April 30.*  The SRA rate is $50, for payments made March 1 thru November 30, with a partial-year rate of $25 available to those subscribing between December 1 and February 28.

*Similar to the SIOP dues process, SIOP Research Access payments made between March 1 and April 30 will apply toward the upcoming year’s access. Unlike the dues process, Research Access does not have a renewal grace period, meaning it ends April 30 and is not extended through June.
