| Booths |
An 8 x 10 foot booth, carpet, a skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket are provided to sponsors for the run of the conference. The booths will be in the Salon B Grand Ballroom (on the GB Level). Your booth will be in an area where poster sessions, coffee breaks, cyber cafe, and food service will also be held. The decorating company will prepare a sign to identify your booth. |
| Conference Hours |
7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. on Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. on Friday, and from 7:30 a.m.– 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Our most important event (our plenary session) is at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday. A special Saturday event is also planned. |
| Exhibit Hall Hours |
10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday; 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Friday; 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Exhibit Hall will be locked at all other times.

| On-Site Support |
Doug Pugh, Conference Chair, Julie Olson-Buchanan, Chair-in-Training, and
David Nershi, SIOP Executive Director, will be available throughout the conference to assist you. Chris Manack is our representative at the Hilton. |
| Set Up |
You will be able to set up Wednesday, April 9. The exact time for setup will be announced later. |
| Take Down |
Hotels turn over rapidly. Our conference is over at 6:00 pm on Saturday and take down should occur after 3 pm. Please do not begin to take your booth down before 3 pm on Saturday. |
| Exhibitor Services |
You may have electricity, audiovisual, and telecommunications, as well as booth cleaning services, at your booth. You may also order additional furnishings. Forms will be forwarded to you by the decorating company early in 2008. |
| Business Center Services |
The in-house business center offers support services to all guests. (click HERE for more information). |
| Smoking |
Smoking is not allowed in the conference area. |
| Union Policies |
The Hilton is a union hotel.

| Security |
SIOP will provide security when the Exhibit Hall is closed on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights. |
