We are currently seeking an Analyst to prepare, analyze, maintain and interpret workforce related data. In this role, you will identify trends, apply statistics and derive conclusions associated within our business practices. In addition, you will assist in coordinating projects, running reports, preparing supporting documents, and creating presentations. You will also develop predictive models and advanced statistical analyses for key business issues to enable the understanding of North Shore LIJ’s key drivers and action plans.
Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a social science or business related fields, such as, I/O Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Workforce Demography, Applied Statistics, or, with an emphasis on empirical research, Master’s degree preferred. 2 years of experience in a professional service organization, excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical, planning and presentation skills. Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean principals are strongly preferred.
