ROLE OVERVIEW
The Talent Solutions Consulting Team works to develop SHL’s position in the field of managerial and professional hire, and post hire services such as talent audits, succession planning and talent development using the tools, processes and experience that SHL has built during more than 30 years. The customers are senior HR leaders and in some cases line managers.
The aim of the role is to:
- Partner with the sales organization develop projects for existing and new customers
- Design efficient solutions that solves customer’s issues and provides desired margins for SHL
- Lead and participate in the delivery of the projects ensuring that the quality and standard that the client and SHL expect are met.
- Participate in the development of the Talent Solutions Consulting practice and organization
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Working with large and mid sized organizations
- Understands client key business drivers
- Understands relevant HR processes (acquisition of senior talent & post hire processes)
- Creates solutions to complex problems
- Participates in creating and executing strategic account plans together with AMs or BDMs
- Engaging and leveraging the organisation to fullfil client needs
- Navigates client challenges
- Forms trusted relationships with senior level clients
- Communicates well with clients over phone and in person
- Leads and participants in client programme delivery
- Drives sales by designing and providing expert knowledge to shape client solutions in partnership with AMs and BDMs
- Lead and participate in marketing activities together with the marketing and sales organizations
