BHCS Director of Organizational Strategy

The Director of Organizational Strategy has system-wide responsibility for a key functional area or business responsibility within the BHCS Office of Talent & Diversity Strategy and development of effective approaches to enhance our organizational design, effectiveness, merger, acquisition and integration activities and employee communications across the Baylor Health Care System. This role will concentrate on managing a group of programs and initiatives with the intent of improving the organization’s effectiveness, agility, and communications.
The Director will create strategies to support organizational restructuring and change efforts and provide consultation and oversight on assessment of org structure, key improvement areas, and redesign efforts. This position will oversee the design of communication strategy, approach, and templates for SVP and major departmental communications. The Director will provide consultation and oversight on business processes requiring change, cost-benefit analyses, and design and execution of recommended structure/process.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development/Design, or Leadership Studies. Candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in the health care industry, human resources, talent management, or organizational design with progressive responsibility.
