St. Mary’s University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Industrial/Organizational Psychology beginning Fall 2013. The Department of Psychology offers the B.A. in Psychology and the M.A. and M.S. in Psychology with specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. The department, the largest undergraduate major in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, is committed to excellence in teaching and scholarship and is actively involved in mentoring and supporting student research. Doctoral degree must be from an accredited institution and must be completed at time of employment.

Successful candidates for the position must have a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and be able to teach core graduate-level courses in the discipline. Teaching responsibilities at the undergraduate level will include statistics, research, and courses in area of specialization.
