· Executing Talent management programs and tools in collaboration with Fort Worth HR partners and Aero/corporate direction (e.g., assessments of performance and potential, building bench plans, etc.).
· Talent Development and Engagement (e.g., organize and hold engagement, career networking, and mentoring events). Work on development plans for key talent with L&D to build performance and do career development and counseling work as needed.
· Identify critical jobs, skills and talent (people) that are strategically vital to drive business results, and measure and support the talent pipeline to ensure business continuity (will include workforce planning partnership with Workforce Strategy, Analytics and Acquisition organization in 2013).
· Execute the four core Lockheed Martin HR initiatives/activities with supporting training and analysis.
