Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with research psychology, industrial psychology, organizational psychology, Instructional Design, Educational Research or any other related fields with an emphasis on assessment and evaluation, research design, methods, and analysis
-4+ years of experience conducting training needs assessment to identify performance gaps including: organizational, person, and job/task analysis
-4+ years of experience in survey design, development, delivery, and implementation
-4+ years of experience with educational program design, development, implementation, and analysis utilizing adult cognitive learning theory and best practices for transfer of training
-4+ years of experience in the development and implementation of training evaluation strategies; including cost benefit analysis, Kirkpatrick, and Phillips evaluation models
-4+ years of experience in performance measurement, instrument design, and/or business process reengineering
-4+ years of experience with survey consultation, research development, interview techniques, focus groups, data collection and analysis, survey management logistics, and report writing
-4+ years of experience with writing and presenting formal reports-based human performance and survey findings
-2+ years of experience in conducting univariate, multivariate, and psychometric statistical analysis
Education
-BA/BS degree in Research Psychology, Social Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, or a directly related field. In lieu of a bachelors’ degree, a total of 8+ years of work experience may be substituted.
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
