Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience with research psychology, industrial psychology, organizational psychology, Instructional Design, Educational Research or any other related fields with an emphasis on assessment and evaluation, research design, methods, and analysis.
-6+ years of experience in designing strategies and approaches for identifying, analyzing, human performance gaps (including front-end analysis and training needs assessment)
-6+ years of experience designing assessment and evaluation efforts that lead to recommendations for workforce development or program improvement
-6+ years of experience in competency modeling and job/task analysis efforts
-6+ years of experience with adult educational program design and implementation utilizing adult cognitive learning theory and best practices for transfer of training
-6+ years of experience in analysis and evaluation of training programs with an emphasis on Kirkpatrick and Phillips evaluation models
-6+ years of experience in research methodology, performance measurement, instrument/survey design, and/or business process reengineering
-6+ years of experience with survey consultation, research development, interview techniques, focus groups, data collection and analysis, survey management logistics, and report writing
-3+ years of experience with high-level analytical writing and presenting formal reports-based human performance and survey findings
-3+ years of experience in conducting high-level multivariate and psychometric statistical analysis
Education
MA/MS in Research Psychology, Social Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Instructional Psychology, or a directly related field. In lieu of a MA/MS, a BA/BS and 10 + years of experience may be substituted.
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
