Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Information Systems Management, or Instructional Systems Design.
-3+ years of experience supporting the design, development, and delivery of courses using asynchronous and synchronous Distance Learning methodologies and applications, including Saba's Centra Symposium and Blackboard
-2+ years of experience in implementing courses with LMS, LCMS, or repository technologies
-2+ years of experience developing and providing metrics information associated with student utilization of Distance Learning applications
-2+ years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining IT delivery systems, including providing technical assistance to students, instructors, and course administrators
-Experience with e-Learning standards, including SCORM, Section 508 requirements, and Web usability standards and practices
Educational Requirements:
-BA or BS in Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Information Systems Management, or Instructional Systems Design. In lieu of the educational requirements, 7 years of experience as an instructional technologist can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
